All treatments, procedures, and prepaid packages are non-refundable once rendered, as results vary per individual. If you are unsatisfied, we invite you to schedule a follow-up consultation to discuss adjustments or alternative options. Skincare and Medical-Grade products are final sale once opened or used; unopened items may be exchanged with proof of receipt, and defective products may be exchanged for the same item. Modern Aesthetics and Wellness is a luxury, state-of-the-art med spa located in Edgewater, NJ. To keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure we can accommodate everyone, we’re

Appointment Reminders:
You’ll receive a reminder call 2 days before your appointment, plus emails & text messages to confirm your appointment. We also allow a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled time. After the 15 minutes, you will be rescheduled or squeezed in only if availability is open.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
Any cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $100.

This policy is strictly enforced and there will be no refunds once you are charged.
